Site plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a key labelling different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More materials released as part of the current investigative process.
